At Nneke’s Beauty, every appointment is intentionally scheduled to ensure a personalized, high-quality experience. Please review the following booking standards carefully prior to requesting or confirming an appointment.

Consultations

 

Certain services require a consultation prior to booking. This allows proper assessment, preparation, and realistic expectations for your hair goals. Appointments booked without completing the required consultation may be declined or rescheduled.

Deposits & Payments

 

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable

• Deposits secure your appointment time and are applied toward your service

• Full payment is due on the day of service

• No refunds on services rendered, hair purchases, or products

Maintenance Appointments

 

All maintenance services are subject to a minimum service charge. Pricing may increase based on time, hair replacement, customization, or additional work required. Final pricing is determined after assessment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule

• Cancellations within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of deposit

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged accordingly

Late Arrivals

 

• Please arrive on time with hair prepared as instructed

• A 15-minute grace period is allowed

• Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may require rescheduling and will be treated as a late cancellation

Service Adjustments

 

If an adjustment is needed, please notify me within 7–10 days of your appointment. Adjustments are limited and must fall within the original service scope. Any changes made by another stylist or by the client will void eligibility for adjustments.

Hair Care & Responsibility

 

Clients are responsible for following recommended at-home care and maintenance guidelines. Proper care is essential to the longevity and integrity of your service.

Photo & Video Consent

 

By booking with Nneke’s Beauty, you agree to the use of photos and videos for professional, educational, and promotional purposes unless otherwise discussed in writing.
